Opening up inside out
Passing away everything I've got left
Quivering through ebony gates
Reclaiming my pride
Silently, my veins scream in agony

Taking all my strength
Underneath a bed of thorns
Velvet grass sings to the wind
Washing away a sense of peace

Xeric damnation beckoning
Yelling to be set loose
Zipping free, it takes over me
