You're a song with no words
A poem I can't end
You're the rays from the sun, that never reach their home
You're the times in my life when I've felt most alone
You're the glass-covered heart, that refuses to beat
You're the frigid embrace, and a coal colored stare
You're the shivering lips, and the silk brown hair
You're the glitter that falls, into my open hand
You're the light in the dark that I needed to see
You're the words I can’t say to your perfect face
You're the ways that I try to describe all you are
You're the words I don't say so I don't have to hear
You're the cut on my soul that I never let heal
You're everything I want, on the edge of surreal
You're a song with no words
A rose missing the red
You're my poem with no end...
